1. Company Information


1.1 Legal Entity

Select Transfers is a premium brand operated by QIVIK SAS, a private company registered in France under company registration number 894235241, with its registered office at 4 AV JOANNES HUBERT, 69160 TASSIN. QIVIK SAS is fully licensed and regulated by the Ministry of Transportation under reference number EVTC069230137. The company strictly adheres to French and European transport regulations and is committed to providing safe, reliable, and compliant transfer services.


1.2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Select Transfers website, mobile application, or any booking services provided by Select Transfers (collectively referred to as the "Services"), you, the Customer, agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and QIVIK SAS. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must refrain from using the Services. QIVIK SAS reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, and continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.


2. Reservations and Bookings


2.1 Booking Methods

Bookings for transfer services may be made through the following channels:

- Online via the Select Transfers website.

- By telephone at +33 6 56 69 56 56.

- By email to hello@selecttransfers.com.


2.2 Booking Confirmation

Upon successful booking, the Customer will receive an official "Transfer Confirmation" email that includes the following details:

- Date and time of departure

- Pickup and drop-off location

- Passenger information

- Driver contact information 


This confirmation serves as the official record of the booking. It is the Customer’s responsibility to verify all details and notify Select Transfers of any errors within 24 hours of receiving the confirmation.


2.3 Deposit and Payment

To secure a booking, a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total transfer fee must be paid at the time of booking. The deposit can be paid via credit card or wire transfer. The remaining balance is due to the driver at the time of service and can be paid in cash or via credit card (additional fees may apply for credit card transactions). Failure to pay the balance at the time of service will result in cancellation, and the deposit will be forfeited.

**3. Insurance Coverage**


**3.1 Professional Liability** 

QIVIK SAS maintains comprehensive professional liability insurance under HISCOX contract number HSXIN320028240A. This insurance covers claims arising from the company’s services, ensuring that the company is fully protected against potential customer claims within the legal limits.


**3.2 Commercial Driving Insurance** 

The company also holds professional commercial driving insurance under contract number 2105788 with ALLIANZ. This policy ensures that passengers are properly covered in case of accidents or other unforeseen incidents during the transfer.

**4. Pricing, Inclusions, and Exclusions**


**4.1 Fee Structure** 

The transfer fee includes the following:

- 30 minutes of complimentary waiting time after the flight lands (based on flight tracker data) or after the appointment time for non-airport transfers.

- A complimentary bottle of water per passenger.

- All French VAT charges (currently 10%).

- Meet-and-greet services for airport transfers.

- Assistance with luggage handling.

- Tolls on French roads and motorways.


**4.2 Fee Exclusions** 

The following items are not included in the transfer fee:

- Tolls for international tunnels (e.g., Mont Blanc, Fréjus, Eurotunnel).

- Additional wait time beyond 30 minutes (€60 per hour).

- Credit card processing fees for on-site card payments (Customers must notify dispatch in advance if paying by card).

- Special requests (e.g., detours, additional stops) that are not included in the initial booking.

**5. Cancellations and No-Shows**


**5.1 Cancellation Policy** 

Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled transfer time will result in a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled transfer time are non-refundable, and the full transfer fee will be charged.


**5.2 No-Show Policy** 

A no-show occurs if the Customer does not contact the driver within one hour of the agreed-upon pickup time (whether after a flight or scheduled appointment). In such cases, the transfer will be canceled, and no refund will be issued. It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure they can be contacted at the time of the pickup.

**6. Driver Assignment and Contact Information** 

The Customer will receive contact details for the assigned driver 24 hours prior to the scheduled transfer. The driver’s contact information is provided for operational purposes only and must not be shared with third parties.

**7. Disputes and Complaints**


**7.1 Informal Complaints** 

All complaints regarding the Services should be directed to hello@selecttransfers.com, where they will be handled promptly.


**7.2 Formal Complaints** 

If a complaint is not resolved through informal channels, Customers may submit a formal complaint in writing to QIVIK SAS, 4 Av Joannes Hubert, 69160 Tassin, France.


**7.3 Governing Law and Jurisdiction** 

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes that arise in connection with these Terms or the Services will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lyon, France.

**8. Limitation of Liability**


**8.1 Limitation on Damages** 

QIVIK SAS’s total liability under these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, is strictly limited to the amount paid by the Customer for the transfer service. Under no circumstances will QIVIK SAS be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or goodwill.

**9. Children as Passengers**


**9.1 Parental Responsibility** 

Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times during the transfer. The accompanying adult is fully responsible for the child’s safety, including the proper use of seatbelts.


**9.2 Child Safety Seats** 

It is required by law that children be transported in age-appropriate car seats. Customers must notify Select Transfers in advance to request a car seat. It is the parent or guardian's responsibility to ensure that the seat is correctly installed.

**10. Passenger Conduct** 

Customers are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and follow all safety instructions given by the driver. The following activities are strictly prohibited within the vehicle:

- Smoking

- Consumption of alcohol or drugs

- Eating

- Disruptive behavior 


Violations may result in immediate termination of the transfer without refund.

**11. Force Majeure** 

QIVIK SAS shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the provision of Services caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather conditions, strikes, traffic congestion, accidents, or vehicle breakdowns. The company will make every reasonable effort to mitigate such delays and inform Customers in a timely manner.

**12. Snow Tire Chains and Surcharges** 

In extreme snow conditions, local authorities may require the use of snow tire chains. If such a situation arises, a surcharge of €90 will be added to the total transfer fee to cover the additional costs of equipment and labor.

**13. Subcontracting** 

QIVIK SAS may subcontract its transfer services to trusted and vetted third-party providers. These subcontractors adhere to the same high standards of safety and professionalism as QIVIK SAS, but are independent entities and not employees of the company. QIVIK SAS will not be held liable for the actions of subcontracted drivers or companies, except where such liability is imposed by law.

**14. Entire Agreement** 

These Terms represent the complete and exclusive agreement between you and QIVIK SAS regarding the use of the Services. All previous agreements, understandings, and communications (whether oral or written) are superseded by these Terms.

**15. Amendments** 

QIVIK SAS reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on the Select Transfers website. Customers are responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms. Continued use of the Services after amendments have been posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
